Appointment of Deputy Headteachers x2

To further develop leadership capacity in the school to achieve our vision of being an excellent school, we are seeking to appoint two new Deputy Headteachers from September 2019. The talented, ambitious and resilient applicants that we appoint will work with the Headteacher , the  Governing Body, Senior Leadership Team and wider staff to shape and deliver a shared vision for the future of our community. 

We would welcome interest from existing, established and successful Deputy Headteachers or exceptional and aspiring Assistant Headteachers wanting a new challenge, their first Deputy Headship or a relocation (we could help with some of these costs for the right candidate) to the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline.

Salary: L17 to L21 (L18 - L22 for exceptional candidates)
