3G pitch 33G Sports Pitch Official Opening

International sports stars and former Pembroke School pupils, Jonathon Thomas and Nadia Lawrence opened the new 3G sports pitch at Ysgol Harri Tudur/Henry Tudor School on 22 January 2020.

LRC Surfing

Pupils and students from the LRC took part in a surfing programme delivered by the Sports Pembrokeshire's Get Out and Get Active scheme and The Outer Reef Surf School.

Naomi Evans attends launch of Fearless Campaign

Naomi Evans, who is an active member of the School Council and Pembrokeshire Youth Assembly, attended the launch of the Fearless Campaign in Llanelli.

The initiative is funded by the Dyfed Powys Police and Crime Commissioner, and the conference aims to inspire youth workers to empower children and young people to speak up about crime. The event follows a digital campaign which drew young people’s attention to the risks of exploitation, drugs and cybercrime.

The Friends of the School will be renewing the 100 Club monthly draw from Apr 24. Each number costs £12 per year and the monthly prize is a minimum of £20. The trenching work will commence on 11 Mar 24 by Welsh Water on behalf of the new Welsh primary school being built by Morgan Sindell. The responsibility to provide access, both vehicle and pedestrian, falls to Welsh Water and whilst there may be some disruption it should be minimal. There will be a period when the road from the Phoenix Centre to the junction by Glan-y-Mor will be closed. Read More…
