Free School Meals

Please read the notes below if you believe your child could be eligible for Free School Meals.

About Free School Meals

Ysgol Harri Tudur has a large cohort of children who are eligible to receive Free School Meals (FSM). Linked with this assessment is additional Local Authority provided funding to support their education and assist them to achieve great educational outcomes. Overseen by a member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, this funding helps us provide higher pupil/staff ratios, deliver more bespoke educational curriculum and allows us to provide additional learning events after school and during school holidays.

Parents/carers who believe their child could be eligible for FSM should speak with their local Benefits Agency Office for advice on how to complete the necessary documentation. The forms which are required are provided below.

Every FSM pupil increases the overall school funding available for additional learning support.
